Good morning!
How are you? I really hope that you are having a great morning. You are so important to me and God has such a wonderful plan for your life. He loves you, and he wants you to have a wonderful week.
I’ve been thinking about something a lot lately. In fact, the same theme has been popping up over and over again, whether it’s in the worship songs I listen to, or through friends who give me prophetic words, or sermons I’ve seen on TV. I keep thinking about the words “deep water”, and the Holy Spirit is developing a teaching in me that I can’t wait to share.
Think about it: the night the disciples saw Jesus walking on water towards them, they were filled with fear of not only the circumstances, but the solution as well! If fear is the only thing holding you back, what would you be doing if you could conquer your fear? Your answer to that question is what fear is stealing from you!
Sooner or later, you will also be confronted with a decision of whether or not to walk on water. And as long as you keep sitting in the boat, then you are in control. But a life of faith means leaving your comfort zone, conquering your fears and taking steps to do what is only possible when you are empowered by God’s grace. If you do it on your own, you’ll sink.
Among God’s people today there is the next generation of world-changing doctors, lawyers, politicians, businessmen and women, scientists, evangelists and apostles – but fear is holding so many back from becoming what God has called them to be.
I think God is ready to pour his Spirit of grace upon us. He is going to call you out of the boat to fulfill the purpose he has for your life. Who cares what the rest of people in the boat think? If you have it in you, take a step out onto deep water!
